wpForo Syntax Highlighter is a plugin designed specifically for the wpForo forum plugin on WordPress, allowing you to display professionally formatted source code within forum posts. This addon uses the JavaScript library Highlight.js, one of the most popular and widely used for syntax highlighting, supporting over 190 programming languages and 90 different highlighting styles. Forum users can easily insert scripts and code using the code button [<>] in the topic and post editor toolbar. Additionally, from the administrator settings panel, it is possible to enable or disable certain programming languages and change the highlighting style according to the community's needs.

The plugin offers total flexibility: code blocks can be inserted using the [code] shortcode, or simply by clicking the code button in the editor. It also allows specifying the language and style via attributes, or letting the system detect them automatically.
