wpForo Advanced Reactions

wpForo Advanced Reactions is an official addon for the popular wpForo forum plugin, designed to transform your community's interaction through a system of multiple, expressive reactions, similar to those offered by major social networks. This addon allows forum administrators to go far beyond the classic "like" button, offering users a wide variety of reaction icons including standard emojis, specialized icon packs, and custom emoticons.

One of the standout features of this addon is the ability to upload custom images and SVG files to create unique reaction icons, tailored to the style and tone of your community. Additionally, it allows you to manage an unlimited number of reactions, each configurable with specific points that affect user reputation based on their interactions. This gamification functionality is especially valuable for community managers who want to reward positive participation or moderate negative behavior within the forum.

The addon also includes a front-end dialog that allows you to see which users have reacted with each specific icon on each post, fostering greater engagement and connection among community members. The configuration is intuitive and accessible even for those new to forum administration, as it is done directly from the wpForo settings panel in the Advanced Reactions tab.

wpForo Advanced Reactions integrates seamlessly with your existing wpForo installation, ensuring a consistent user experience across all forum themes and layouts, with the exception of the Questions and Answers (Q&A) layout, which maintains its specific system of upvotes and downvotes. Whether you manage a small, close-knit group or a large, diverse community, this addon provides you with all the necessary tools to create a more interactive, engaging, and participatory forum environment, where users feel more connected and valued.
