Youzify BuddyPress Profile Completeness is a powerful add-on designed to increase member engagement in BuddyPress-based WordPress communities by encouraging them to complete their profiles effectively and efficiently. Developed by KaineLabs, the same studio behind the popular Youzify plugin, this extension adds a profile completeness system that transforms the registration and onboarding experience of any social community.

The plugin introduces three clearly defined field states: Forced, which redirects users to complete required fields before accessing the rest of the site; Required, which allows browsing but shows a widget with incomplete fields; and Optional, which lets each member complete their information at their own pace. This flexibility allows administrators to design registration flows tailored to the specific needs of their community.

Among its most notable features is the ability to apply the profile completeness system by user role, hide incomplete profiles from the member directory, mark complete profiles as verified, and control specific actions for users with incomplete profiles, such as posting activity, commenting, liking, sharing posts, adding friends, joining groups, following, reviewing, favoriting, or sending private messages.

The add-on is compatible with all BuddyPress Xprofile field types, avatar and cover images, as well as all Youzify profile widgets, including About Me, Posts, Skills, Slider, Portfolio, Services, Social Networks, Links, Quotes, Videos, Projects, Instagram, and Flickr. It also works with BuddyBoss, extending its reach to more community platforms.

It includes a shortcode [youzify_profile_completeness] to display profile completeness information anywhere on the site, and an AJAX-based profile completeness widget that offers a smooth user experience without page reloads. Configuration is done from the Youzify panel, in the profile completeness settings section, where fields, widgets, and images can be easily managed.
