wpDiscuz – Comment Search

wpDiscuz Comment Search is a premium extension designed for the wpDiscuz comment system, the popular AJAX comment plugin for WordPress. This addon is intended for websites with a high volume of comments, where finding a specific discussion or a particular comment can become a tedious task. With this tool, your visitors can quickly locate any comment without having to manually scroll through hundreds of conversation threads.

The addon incorporates a powerful AJAX-powered search engine that starts searching as the user types, displaying results instantly without reloading the page. It offers four distinct search modes: by comment text, by author name, by custom fields, and by author email. This allows users to find all comments made by a specific person or locate discussions on a particular topic with total precision.

Among its most notable features are smooth AJAX pagination of results, a site-wide comment search widget, and the option to show or hide the search form for guests. Additionally, it offers a comprehensive set of front-end customization options, allowing you to adjust colors, backgrounds, borders, and phrases so that the search interface integrates perfectly with your site's design.

Installation is simple: upload the ZIP file like any other WordPress plugin and activate it from the admin panel. Once active, configuration is done from the wpDiscuz panel in the Addons tab, where you also enter the license key for activation.

This addon is ideal for blogs with active communities, news sites, forums, and any WordPress project where the comment section is a valuable space for information. It significantly improves the user experience by facilitating access to relevant content shared in discussions, and reduces the time visitors spend searching for information within comments.

If your site generates many conversations and you want your readers to quickly find what they're looking for, wpDiscuz Comment Search is the perfect solution to enhance your comment system.
