WP Activity Log Pro

WP Activity Log Pro is the most comprehensive activity logging solution for WordPress, designed for administrators, agencies, and teams that need to know exactly who did what, when, and from where within their site. This premium plugin turns your WordPress dashboard into a real-time audit system, recording every content change, user modification, configuration adjustment, and key administrative action.

The plugin goes far beyond a simple login log. It captures detailed events with complete information: date and time, event ID, severity, user and role, source IP address, and the object on which the change was made. This includes posts, pages, custom post types, media library, plugin and theme installations and updates, WordPress core changes, widgets, menus, comments, categories, and tags.

One of its great strengths is third-party plugin tracking. WP Activity Log Pro monitors changes in WooCommerce —such as order, product, inventory, and customer data modifications— as well as in Yoast SEO, Gravity Forms, WPForms, and other popular tools, offering comprehensive coverage of all activity in your WordPress ecosystem.

The Pro version adds advanced management and security features: real-time user session monitoring with the ability to remotely log out sessions, configurable email and SMS alerts, scheduled report generation in HTML or CSV, and powerful search filters to locate specific events in seconds. It also allows storing logs in an external database to improve integrity and performance, as well as sending logs to centralized management systems like AWS CloudWatch, Loggly, or Slack.

For sites with multiple users, agencies managing several clients, or online stores requiring regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS), WP Activity Log Pro is an essential tool. It facilitates troubleshooting by knowing exactly what changed before a failure, improves team accountability, detects unauthorized access attempts, and strengthens the overall security posture of the site. With simple setup that works from the start, this plugin gives you peace of mind and total control over your WordPress activity.
