Search & Filter Pro

Search & Filter Pro is an advanced search and filtering plugin for WordPress, developed by the Code Amp team, that transforms the site's native search into a structured and highly customizable filtering system. It is designed for content-heavy projects —online stores, large blogs, directories, real estate portals, or course websites— where the default search is no longer sufficient and visitors need to combine multiple criteria to find exactly what they are looking for.

The plugin allows you to create unlimited search forms using a drag-and-drop editor, combining taxonomies, custom fields, metadata, content types, dates, and authors. Results are displayed in real time thanks to AJAX technology, without page reloads, which streamlines the user experience and reduces the frustration of browsing extensive catalogs. It includes fields such as dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, multiple selections, range sliders, and date pickers, as well as the ability to sort results by multiple criteria such as metadata value, author, title, or date.

One of its great advantages is integration with popular WordPress ecosystems: it is compatible with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, and WP e-Commerce for online stores, as well as with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to expose custom fields to the end user. It also offers integrations with page builders such as Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, and WPB Page Builder, and support for WPML for multilingual sites. Dynamic filters reload based on the current search, preventing users from landing on pages with no results.

For developers, the plugin offers numerous hooks and filters that allow modifying its behavior, as well as custom templates and shortcodes to insert forms anywhere in the theme. With more than 50,000 active installations and a rating of 4.9/5, Search & Filter Pro has established itself as a reference solution for improving content discoverability in WordPress, reducing page abandonment, and increasing conversions by guiding visitors to the right content or product in just a few clicks.
