If you already manage leads and requests through forms and need payment to occur in the same flow, this extension unifies both steps and reduces friction for your users.

Credit card processing happens inline, directly within the form, without redirecting the customer to an external payment page. This keeps the brand experience intact and eliminates interruptions in the user journey. The add-on offers three ways to configure the amount: a fixed price for registration fees or services, a total calculated from form selections (checkboxes, dropdown lists, or quantity fields), or a Ninja Forms calculation field for more complex pricing logic such as tiered fees or bundled packages.

Field mapping allows you to send customer data to Elavon with each payment, such as name, address, invoice numbers, and any other custom values your account requires. This is especially useful for payment reconciliation, as you can pass invoice numbers and transaction metadata without custom development. The add-on includes a demo mode to safely test transactions before enabling production mode, with separate credentials for each environment.

Payments are accepted from any device: desktop, tablet, or mobile, thanks to Elavon's payment infrastructure. Setup is simple: just connect your existing merchant account using your Merchant ID, User ID, and PIN, add an Elavon action to your form, and map the payment and information fields.
