Ninja Forms Capsule CRM

Ninja Forms Capsule CRM is an official Ninja Forms add-on that connects your WordPress site's forms directly to your Capsule CRM account. It is designed for businesses that already use Capsule to manage their customers and want every request submitted from their website to automatically become organized contacts and opportunities, without manual work or copy-pasting from email.

With this extension, data submitted by users through your forms is automatically transferred to your Capsule CRM account, creating the modules your sales team needs to build strong customer relationships. Supported modules include People, Organizations, Opportunities, Notes, and Tasks. Additionally, each new person created is automatically linked to the corresponding organization, opportunity, task, and note, keeping all information connected and organized.

Mapping fields between your forms and Capsule is extremely simple: just configure your form, open the CRM action, and assign each form field to a Capsule field. That's it. Capsule offers a very fine level of detail for each opportunity, note, and task, and all those additional details can also be mapped to form fields with a single click. You can collect both static data that you define and dynamic data entered by users.

Custom fields and tags you create in Capsule are also available for use. Any field from your Ninja Forms can be mapped directly to the custom fields you have set up in your CRM account, including the People, Organizations, and Opportunities modules. This allows you to tailor the integration to your business's specific needs.

The connection between WordPress and Capsule is made through a secure authorization process (OAuth), which lets you link your account without having to enter your access credentials in WordPress. Once connected, the add-on takes care of maintaining a constant flow of information from your website to your CRM.
