Advanced Datepicker is an official Ninja Forms extension that transforms the standard date and time field into a powerful tool for scheduling appointments, bookings, and events directly from your WordPress forms. Designed for businesses and professionals who need to manage availability with precision —consultancies, clinics, beauty salons, fitness centers, rentals, or workshops—, this extension eliminates the need to install a separate booking system.

The extension adds a new field type to the Ninja Forms form builder that can be configured in three modes: date only, time only, or combined date and time. This allows the field to be adapted to each use case: collecting a preferred delivery date, requesting a call time without linking it to a specific day, or capturing complete appointments with date and time.

Among its most notable features is the control of booking limits per slot, which automatically prevents double bookings by blocking a time slot when it reaches its maximum capacity. It also allows blocking specific dates —such as holidays or full days— or restricting the calendar to show only the dates you have opened. Blocking by day of the week is especially useful: with a single click you can disable all Sundays, Mondays, or any other recurring day across all future dates.

The time window configuration defines the earliest and latest times that visitors can select, so they only see the hours you can actually attend. Customizable time intervals allow setting slots of 15, 30, or 60 minutes, or any increment that fits your workflow. Additionally, the picker supports 12-hour and 24-hour formats, adapting to international audiences and internal systems.

By integrating natively into the Ninja Forms ecosystem, the field can be dragged and dropped into any existing form —contact, service request, registration, or booking— and is configured from the same settings panel as the rest of the fields. Data is submitted along with the rest of the form, without third-party services or additional panels.
