MemberPress MailPoet Addon

The MemberPress MailPoet Addon is the official integration solution between the powerful MemberPress membership system and the popular MailPoet email marketing plugin. Designed for membership site owners who want to maintain smooth and constant communication with their members without relying on external email marketing platforms, this addon allows you to manage newsletters, campaigns, and subscriber lists directly from the WordPress admin panel.

The main advantage of this integration is that MailPoet works entirely within WordPress, meaning newsletter design, email sending, and performance reports are all managed without leaving the familiar admin environment. The addon automatically syncs each new member who registers through MemberPress forms with the configured MailPoet global list, eliminating the need to manually export and import contacts.

One of the standout features is the creation of lists per membership. Each subscription plan can be linked to a specific MailPoet list, allowing you to segment members according to the subscription level they have purchased. Subscribers are automatically added to or removed from these lists based on their subscription status, facilitating highly segmented and personalized email campaigns. For example, you can send exclusive content to premium members, renewal reminders to those about to expire, or reactivation campaigns to former subscribers.

The addon also offers flexibility in configuring the subscription confirmation process. Although MailPoet uses double opt-in by default, the addon allows you to adjust this setting according to the site's needs, including manual approval of subscribers when necessary, such as in the case of government organizations or environments where access to external links is restricted.

For those managing membership sites and wanting to keep all their email marketing tools within WordPress, the MemberPress MailPoet Addon represents an elegant and efficient solution. The native integration between both platforms ensures that member data is always synchronized and that each campaign reaches the right audience at the right time.
