Gravity Forms Postmark Add-On

The Gravity Forms Postmark Add-On is the official Gravity Forms extension that connects your WordPress forms with Postmark, the transactional email service specifically designed to ensure important emails reach their destination. If you manage contact forms, bookings, requests, or internal orders and need to ensure no notification is lost or ends up in the spam folder, this add-on solves exactly that problem.

WordPress's default email sending lacks the authentication needed to avoid spam filters, and some servers even disable it completely. With this add-on, all your form notifications are routed through the Postmark API, an infrastructure built from scratch for sending transactional emails with extremely high delivery rates. Setup is simple: install the add-on, add your Postmark credentials, and select Postmark as the sending service in each form's notifications, without needing to rebuild anything.

Key features include the ability to enable Postmark at the individual notification level, allowing you to choose exactly which emails are sent through this service and thus optimize your usage and costs. It also includes full tracking of deliveries, opens, and bounces directly from WordPress, so you always know how your notifications are performing. The add-on is available with all Gravity Forms licenses, including the Basic license, and Postmark offers a free plan of up to 100 emails per month forever.

This add-on is designed for agencies, developers, and website owners who rely on critical forms and cannot afford to lose an email. Whether for order confirmations, administrative alerts, support requests, or payment notifications, the combination of Gravity Forms and Postmark provides a reliable, trackable, and professional solution for sending transactional emails in WordPress.
