Gravity Forms Bookings, also known as GP Bookings, is an add-on developed by Gravity Wiz that transforms Gravity Forms into a complete booking and appointment platform within WordPress. The plugin adds a native booking field to your Gravity Forms. Your clients see real-time availability, choose date and time, and upon submitting the form, the entry automatically becomes a manageable booking. Everything is centralized in a dashboard within WordPress where you can confirm, reschedule, or cancel bookings from a calendar view in day, week, or month format.

Among its most notable features are the creation of bookable services and resources with custom availability, flexible pricing rules based on time of day, number of participants, or season, and capacity and occupancy management per time slot. Clients can reschedule or cancel their bookings on their own, reducing administrative burden.
