Give Form Field Manager is a premium extension developed by GiveWP that expands the possibilities of donation forms created with Give on WordPress. It allows you to add, manage, and customize the fields of each form through an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, without writing a single line of code. It is designed for non-profit organizations, foundations, NGOs, crowdfunding platforms, and any project that relies on online donations and needs to adapt its forms to the specific needs of each campaign.

Before this extension, the only way to add custom fields to Give donation forms was through custom PHP development. With Form Field Manager, the process becomes much simpler and more powerful: with a few clicks you can create the perfect donation form for each project. The tool offers up to 14 different field types, including text, textarea, dropdowns, date, radio, checkboxes, file upload, phone number, URL, multi-select, repeater field, HTML, sections, and custom actions.

One of its most notable features is the ability to configure conditional fields, which allows you to show additional options to donors based on the donation amount or other criteria.
