Designed for local directory sites, business portals, and marketplaces, this addon shifts part of the listing maintenance burden to the business owners themselves, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and verified.

The addon adds a claim button that can be placed anywhere on the site via a shortcode, widget, or Gutenberg block. When clicked, a lightbox popup form opens, allowing the user to submit their claim request quickly and easily. It also includes free integration with Ninja Forms to fully customize the claim form and even create multiple versions tailored to the directory's specific needs, with the option to display them directly in a tab on the listing details page.

Among its most notable features is the ability to configure automatic claim approval via email verification or upon payment receipt, as well as manual approval by the administrator. The claim management panel offers an intuitive interface that allows approving, rejecting, or deleting requests with a single click, showing relevant information about each claimant in a quick view. It is also possible to undo approvals made by mistake.

The addon includes email notifications for both the administrator and users, informing about new pending claims and the status of each request. Owners who claim their listings can display a verified listing badge via widget, shortcode, or block, and the custom claim field can be used in the sorting builder to prioritize or filter verified listings.

For directories that wish to monetize this feature, the addon combines with the Pricing Manager addon to implement a pay-per-claim system, allowing free basic listings and charging for enhanced features.
