GamiPress Email Digests

GamiPress Email Digests is an official GamiPress add-on that allows you to send periodic email digests to your users to keep in touch and generate greater engagement with your gamified platform. Designed for community administrators, online educators, membership site owners, and anyone using GamiPress to gamify their site, this add-on turns communication with your users into a fully automated process.

With GamiPress Email Digests, you can create customizable email digests in just a few minutes, setting the frequency that best suits your needs: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. It also offers a wide range of options to adjust the frequency, allowing you to select the day, month, and even the day of the week on which you want to send each digest.

The add-on includes a huge list of tags that allow you to display relevant information to each user, such as their current points balance, recent achievements earned, and their current rank of any type. This means that each email is automatically personalized with each user's progress data, reinforcing motivation and continued engagement.

Among its standout features is a complete log of all email sends, the ability to send a test email to yourself to verify the design before launching, and a smart sending mechanism that distributes emails gradually to avoid overloading websites with a large number of users. This last feature is especially valuable for platforms with large communities, as it ensures optimal server performance even during mass sends.

Managing digests is done directly from the WordPress admin panel, through the GamiPress menu, where you can create, edit, activate, or deactivate each email digest with total ease. You can also review the internal send history and configure the subject and content of each email using the available tags.

In short, GamiPress Email Digests is the ideal solution to keep your users informed and engaged with your platform, fostering retention and active participation through periodic, personalized communications that reflect the progress and achievements of each member of your community.
