Bookly Deposit Payments (Add-on) is an official extension for the Bookly PRO booking system that allows businesses to charge a deposit or partial payment at the time of booking, leaving the remaining balance to be paid later, either in person or by bank transfer. It is designed for companies that manage appointments and services through WordPress and need to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations without requiring full payment upfront.

The extension integrates natively with Bookly PRO, so setup is completed in just a few minutes. From the admin panel, each service and each team member can have their own deposit amount, defined as a percentage of the total price or as a fixed amount. Additionally, you can offer the customer the option to choose between paying only the deposit or paying the full amount at the time of booking, providing flexibility and improving the purchasing experience.

Key features include automatic deposit collection within the booking form, clear display of the paid amount and pending balance for both the customer and the administrator, and centralized management of all partial payments through Bookly's reports and notifications. The system also allows you to manually mark payments as completed when the customer pays the rest in person, and shows the status of each booking with the paid amount and pending amount in the appointment and payment lists.
