Advanced Reports for MEC is a professional analytics add-on designed for the Modern Events Calendar (MEC) ecosystem in WordPress. Developed by Webnus, this add-on transforms raw booking data into actionable insights through visual charts, detailed attendee lists, and comprehensive export options. It is aimed at event organizers, conference managers, academies, and any project that relies on event management and needs to make decisions based on real data.

The add-on integrates directly into the MEC admin panel, adding a dedicated submenu called Advanced Reports. From there, users can access a dashboard with precise statistics on total revenue, number of confirmed and verified bookings, as well as a revenue breakdown for each active payment gateway. It includes a dual-axis line chart that allows comparing the evolution of attendees against sales over a given period, along with pie and bar charts illustrating the distribution of payments by method.

One of its most notable features is the professional filtering of bookings by date, event name, categories, organizers, and locations. All filters work simultaneously, enabling very precise granular analysis. The attendee list offers infinite scroll, column sorting, and direct access to actions such as editing the booking, downloading the invoice, or viewing the event on the frontend. Additionally, each entry shows the current booking status: verified, confirmed, pending, canceled, rejected, or on hold.

Data export is another of its great strengths. It allows downloading complete reports in CSV, XML, and JSON formats, including booking details such as invoice number, transaction ID, attendee names and emails, ticket type, price, date, location, and organizer. This facilitates financial auditing, preparation of quarterly tax reports, and creation of physical manifests for access staff at in-person events.

This add-on requires MEC Pro, as it depends on the booking system that is only available in the paid version of the calendar. It is an ideal tool for marketing, management, and coordination teams that need a clear and organized view of their event performance to plan campaigns, adjust schedules, and optimize resources.
